The rooftop swimming pool was a delightful oasis amidst the bustling city, its heated waters like a warm embrace on a chilly evening. Floating there, I felt like royalty surveying my kingdom - the glittering lights of Melbourne twinkling below, a truly regal experience.

Super week-end en famille dans cet hôtel. Les enfants ont adoré le petit-déjeuner varié et complet. Le personnel a été très réactif et serviable lorsque nous avons eu un problème avec la climatisation. De plus, l'emplacement était idéal, à proximité de nombreux restaurants pour dîner en famille. La chambre était spacieuse avec une belle vue et le calme extérieur était appréciable. Seul bémol, le rideau n'était pas assez occultant. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation.

Within close walking distance to the lively Chinatown, fantastic restaurants, and captivating sights like the beautiful Yarra River and the vibrant Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city's bustling attractions, making it convenient for families like ours to enjoy.

My kids wished for more kid-friendly activities within the hotel.

The hotel has great transport links with tram stops close by which made it easy to access Melbourne's main attractions. The hotel was in the heart of the city, near to the main shopping malls and had stunning views of the surrounding buildings. The staff provided excellent service, making sure our room was perfect for us.

The décor of the hotel was dated and in need of renovation.

My recent stay at Hotel Grand Chancellor was fantastic! I stayed for a short trip and was pleasantly surprised by the well-appointed room, complete with comfortable arm chairs and a Juliet balcony. The heated rooftop pool was a true highlight, and the generous breakfast, including sausages, hash browns, eggs. The location was perfect, with easy access to Chinatown, live theatre shows, and the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the discounted valet car parking next door was convenient.

The Standard King Room at Hotel Grand Chancellor Melbourne was absolutely stunning! The modern bathroom and superior amenities made me feel pampered, and the King sized bed was so comfy. The views of the townsville skyline from the Harbour View Suites were breathtaking! As a guest who loves modern comfort and beautiful views, I was completely satisfied.

The individually controlled air conditioning was a bit tricky to figure out.

Staff helped with heavy baggage on my first stay. Perfect for me with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, outdoor pool, sauna. Going back for trip.

The cleanliness of the rooms was disappointing, with stains, chipped bathtub, and dust in various areas. Lack of proper customer service, as there was no follow, up or initiative to address issues.

I had a great stay at this hotel in the centre of the city. It was a perfect location, with many theatres and everything within walking distance. The room service and bell staff were exceptional, providing ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. I also enjoyed the fitness centre and outdoor swimming pool.

I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to theaters, restaurants, and attractions. Comfortable and spacious king rooms with amazing city views. Rooftop heated pool and well-equipped fitness center. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

I loved this hotel for its location, conveniently accessible to public transport, and walking distance to Bourke Street mall and great restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and upgraded me to a luxurious Premiere King Suite upon raising concerns about my initial room. The clean room had a small balcony which provided fresh air.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for us to explore the city. Although there were some minor issues with the lifts and TV, overall our room was nice and clean. We enjoyed the pool despite a few rowdy guests. I would recommend Hotel Grand Chancellor.

Loved taking a summer stroll on the architecturally designed ramping footbridge. The rooftop pool was heated to perfection, perfect for relaxing. Hotel Grand Chancellor contributes towards a sustainable future, well done!

Oh, and did I mention the room door? It was a struggle to open and close, and made such pleasant noises.

Convenient location, great breakfast, clean room, friendly staff, comfortable bed, nice view.
